CBI should Autonomous body like EC

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) should act independently. As per our constitution CBI is a independent body under the control of Home Minister. CBI is a most important investigative agency in our country. CBI made inquiry no of important cases. But after 70 or 80 decades mainly opposition party demand most of the time CBI didn't act independently. Some time CBI determine by the central govt. Today honourable Supreme Court condemn to CBI. Because earlier SC order that, CBI should inquiry for coalgate scam and they will submit the report before SC. But central law minister Aswin Kumar pressure to CBI to show the inquiry report. There for the honourable supreme court said that, CBI should a autonomous body. It is very unfortunate that, central govt. influence to CBI to act as per their direction.

We know different time all the opposition party of our country demand CBI working as per direction of central govt. This is not fare. They demand, this investigation agency should autonomous like election commission. But unfortunately central govt. are not ready to accept this proposal. But why? If they are really interested to punish the guilty in different scam like coalgate, 2G etc. Why they are not ready to consider CBI to act as per their own way? I think, if CBI get chance to work independently, then no of top most leader will punished. That's why central govt. are not ready to accept this proposal.

But for our country, it's very important.

SFI is not a Student Organisation

One more shameful episode held in Delhi tuesday. Which is organised by Student Federation of India (SFI). We know a student leader died in Kolkata in police custody. Which is very unfortunate, there is no question. But this is not a way to protest which adopted by SFI. Each and every political party or organisation has the right to protest in democracy. But organisation or party should maintain the proper manner. Thursday we saw finance minister of Bengal Mr. Amit Mitra was assaulted by SFI supporters and on that time All India General Secretary of SFI Ritabrata Bandyopadhyay was present there. Everybody could agree with that, the Finance minister Mr. Amit Mitra has a another identity. He is a well known economist as well as professor. SFI is a student organisation. I can't understand how student assault a teacher. If they do that, then I sorry to say, they are not student, they are antisocial for our society. Apart from that as per my concern Ritabrata Bandyopadhyay is a well educated and polite person. But I can't believe my eyes when FM assaulted by student and which is led by Mr. Bandyopadhyay. Not only that, after this shameful episode Mr. Bandyopadhyay is absolutely denied about FM assault. He made a statement that, he don't know anything about this. Just few student was protesting in peaceful and democratic manner. And he also demand that, SFI is a democratic organisation. now I asked to Mr. Bandyopadhyay, if 'Delhi Episode' is democratic movement and a honourable minister assaulted by organisation, if it is acceptable to SFI leader, then this organisation should band. They are not student, they are antisocial. And another question all India saw by TV channel footage a large number of aged person woman assaulting Mr. Mitra. Who are they? Are they student? Which college and university? If they are not, then why they are participating in student movement? The state secretary of SFI Debojyoti Das demand in Kolkata, some outsider assault Mr. Mitra. So they haven't any responsibility for this incident. My question is, if they are not SFI supporter or member, how could the leader allow to join with them. When they allow their movement, then SFI can't deny the responsibility. This shameful incident.

Mr. Modi Welcome to Kolkata

Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Narendra Mdoi welcome to Kolkata. This is first time in our city as a CM. and now Mr. Modi will meet with industrialist in Kolkata. This is very unfortunate for our State. Don't take other mind, I want to say last two years Bengal didn't get any investment. Everyday unemployment is increasing high rate. Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee as well as Govt. didn't anything for industry or employment. They always like to do popular politics. Everyday Bengal Govt. doing Utsav (Festival). But Gujarat CM coming our city to meet with industrialist. He will asked them to invest Gujarat, to help the development of Gujarat, to generate some employment in Gujarat. We those who are living Kolkata, as well as Bengal they will go to Gujarat or other state to earn. And Bengal CM clapps with song. And she always crying, we had 2 lakhs crore liabilities. Which we got from previous govt. All money going to pay interest by tragedy. That's why we can't do anything. I want to ask to Mr. Banerjee tale me a name a state who hasn't any liability. Each and every state has but no State Govt. is crying like you. Actually I think we haven't any capability to continue the administration, that's why you are always try to create a excuse. It's my humble request to you, please try to learn something from Mr. Modi.

Modi is a Real Hero

BJP Leader Mr. Narendra Modi proved himself as a Real Hero. He consecutive 3 times became a CM of Gujarat and which is very tough time for Bhooj earthquake. But by his constructive attitude now Gujarat is a developed state of our country. May be all political party will demand, this is the way where Modi will try to a make a image of national leader.We know next Loksabha Election (may be) Modi will be projected PM from BJP as well as NDA. Whatever, Modi already proved that, he is a ideal leader. Consecutive three times Modi elected as a CM of Gujarat. During his period Gujarat became a No. 1 destination of industries. Only for Modi. Only for his image. Which is very important for India. Which very important for generate employment. Last 10 years congress lead UPA Government didn't generate sufficient employment for youth. Which is very unfortunate. only few popular slogan is not enough for us. We need employment. I am sure, Modi Karishma can help us to achieve our target. Not only that, his thinking about our Indian Women is amazing. Today (Monday) Mr. Modi deliver a speech in FICCI conference in New Delhi. He expressed his experience, how Indian Woman can help to develop our society, our country.
But Apart from that all time, all so call secular political party try to staple a communal tag before Modi. I think they are very scared for Modi's image to our industrialist to our citizen. That's why they always used this old allegation. At the same time, some regional party like JDU, JDS, SP always try to use communal tag against Modi. I would like to asked all political party who are not communal? We see all time, all political used minorities as a vote bank. And all political party including Congress, CPM, indirectly act as a communal. But unfortunately only BJP 'registered' as communal force in India. I think all Indian now well known about character of political party. They can identify the original leader of our country by next election.

Where is Democracy?

Sudipto Gupta a young SFI leader died in police custody Tuesday  Because he participate a law breaking movement with his organisation. He participate a democratic movement in our democratic country. But after his death Home Minister's role is very unfortunate. Opposition demand a judicial inquiry for his death. But Home Minister is absolutely silent about that. I think if Home minister as well as Chief Minister has any respect of democracy, she should announce for judicial inquiry for Sudipto's death. Police personnel eagerly try to proved that, this death is absolutely accident. Whatever, after we lose a young blood, a young guy. Why a student leader would died in police custody. He didn't violate any law and order. Why police started lathi charged without any agitation. Their movement was absolutely peaceful, absolutely in a democratic way. In a democratic country each and every party has a right to express their views, oppose the govt. policy. But govt. or police personnel cannot dominate them by force. But now Bengal govt. doing that. So I think state govt. activities now create a big question for democracy of our state.

Now Mamata Banerjee to enjoy with with song

Why Chief Minister (CM) Mamata Banerjee is so late now? Tuesday Student Federation of India (SFI) young leader Sudipta Gupta was dead in police custody. Earlier he participate law breaking movement with thousand of SFI member. Without any provocation police personnel started lathi charged at Rani Rasmoni Road, Kolkata. After that Sudipto was arrested along with others. SFI state secretary Debojyoti Das demand in a press conference that, 'it's a cool mind murder' by police. But after all a young leader died in police custody. It's absolutely failure of police personnel. Mamata Banerjee is CM of Bengal as well as she also Home Minister of the State. That's why she can't deny responsibility of Sudipto's death. But unfortunately hole bengal show that, when a young leader of Bengla died in police custody, then police minister enjoy the IPL inauguration ceremony. She hasn't any reaction. This is not a first time. Earlier we saw when a special branch officer of Kolkata police Tapas Chowdhury died in firing by some antisocial. Then also CM clapping with Benglai song in Burdwan district. Is this acceptable from Home Minister as well as CM? We saw that after 52 hours CM reached Tapas Chowdhury's residence. But that was so late. Not only opposition, all section of civil society criticised the CM attitude. But she didn't anything from that incident. Tuesday she proved that, she like to continue as her own way. After half day Mamata Banerjee reached to SSKM hospital, where Sudipto's body waiting for postmortem. But her statement also very unfortunate. In hospital she said that, 'all dead are very unfortunate' nothing more than that.
But before assembly election 2011 all Bengal was habituated to see that any type of incident, any type of murder, death the then opoosition leader Mamata Banerjee reached earlier. Now she became Chief Minister of Bengal and her role also changed. Now I think she is more comfortable to enjoy in a cultural programme or commercial programme than to extend her helping hand those who are in trouble. It is very unfortunate. Shame CM, Shame Mamata Banerjee.

Court will order for Democracy

Ultimately Panchayat Election fight reach to Kolkata High Court. It is very unfortunate for our democracy. I am sure may be this situation could be avoid state govt. but only for ego Mamata Banerjee's govt. didn't. Election commission (EC) demands central force during panchayat election and they want to conduct panchayat election in three phase. But state govt. didn't agree with election commission. Why state govt. didn't agree? election commission want to conduct panchayat election free and fare manner. Because the local govt. (panchayat) is a very important for develop of village area. EC thought state police are not able to work in free manner. Because last few months police work under pressure of ruling party. Raygunge to Gardenrich, Kalna to Dhapa each and every place police administration couldn't done their business properly. That's why police personnel didn't able to arrest the maximum culprit. So EC thought if they want to conduct free and fare election then its necessary to call central force. On the other side EC want three phase election in panchayat. Because state govt. hasn't enough infrastructure to conduct panchayat election one or two phase. But state govt. is not agree with EC. Why? if ruling party is so confident about their win. Then why they are so scared for central force. State govt. says that they haven't enough money to call central force. If state govt. is really concern about their money problem. Then why state govt. announce allowance for different cultural team, Immam allowance and so others. Not only that, last two years state govt. spend huge money for different programme. Which hasn't any effect for develop of our state.

I think this logic is absolutely eye wash. Actually state govt. lose the confidence of people of Bengal. That's why they are so scare for central force. Whatever I confident about our constitution and about our judicial. I hope Kolkata High Court will give their judgement for democracy.

Shame... Shame...

Once again Mamata Banerjee's Govt. prooved their failure. Today (31.03.13) 45 lakh candidate sit TET exam in West Bengal. But due to Govt. failure huge number of candidate unable to reach their centre at proper time due to transport, due to proper infrastructure. When govt. knows record number of candidate are going to sit this competitive exam, then govt. should arrange the proper infrastructure. But unfortunately this govt. couldn't. 45 lakh candidate apply for only 35 thousand sit. And Govt. arrange just 6.5 thousand centre for exam. Most of centre (basically district) haven't proper infrastructure to take this type of exam. Not only that, even primary board unable to provide proper centre address to the candidate. Just few minute before the candidate got information that, this is not their centre which he or she get by through internet. Sometime candidate found school name, but not matching the code ID or police station. Sometime just opposite. This morning 45 Lakh (approximately) candidate came out on the way for their exam centre. But transport is not available. Information comes from different districts, that number of candidate step down from the train or buses. Just due to huge gathering. Why govt. shouldn't arrange the proper transport, why transport ministry didn't provide addition bus service. Why primary education board didn't take proper step for these huge candidate. 30 March leader of ruling party Mr. Mukul Roy said that, 'If anybody lose their life due to heavy temperature in summer for Panchayat poll then Election Commission should answer for death.' Today 3-4 candidate step down from the train and bus. Now their condition is serious. Now I want to ask TMC MP Mr. Mukul Roy, if these candidate lose their life who will be answerable? Your govt. should take this responsibility? When your govt. hasn't proper infrastructure why they going to take this exam for a single day? Why not in different part? Due to traffic jam huge number of student came out on the road and start the road blockage or train blockage. In 24 Parganas, (N) Barasat, 24 Parganas (S), Baruipur, Murshidabad, North and South Dinajpur and several other districts.
Whatever, I hope after this experience govt. should alert and govt. should ready their proper infrastructure for avoid any unexpected situation. Which can malign the Govt.

Mr. Katju please respect our constitution

Please Mr. Katju don't appeal to the president or governor for Sanjay Dutt. I am sure you will agree with me that, honourable Supreme Court found some involvement directly or indirectly the '93 blast in Mumbai. When Mr. Dutt is really involved and done something wrong which is took huge innocent life, then he should punish as per our law. I can't understand why you are going to appeal to the president. Why you are appeal only for Mr. Dutt. When Supreme Court order to hang another person for same case. Why not for him? Sanjay Dutt is a brilliant actor, there is no question. But only for these reason you are going to appeal for consider his punishment, this is not fare. You are a ex justice of Supreme Court and I want to believe you respect our judicial system and our constitution. As per our constitution all Indian are equal by the law. Then this is not fare to appeal for Sanjay Dutt only the reason he is a Great Actor'. Please dont do that.

Panchayat Election

After meeting with governor State Election Commissioner Meera Pandey refuse to say anything abotu this meeting but she express her satisfaction meeting with governor. Hopefully today she will release the notification of panchayat election 2013.

Acting governor on Panchayat Election

State Election Commission meet to Governor today. And tomorrow minister Mr. Subrata Mukherjee will met with governor MK Narayanan. To constitutional body (State Government and State Election Commission) come to controversy to announce Panchayat Election date. Government come forward to sort out this problem and to avoid any unpresidential situation. Well known person think that, today or tomorrow the picture will be clear about this situation. and both the side will compromise each other to conduct the Panchayat Election free and fare atmosphere.
